Kidney Stones was created on Christmas Eve 2022 at 2 am. The canvas was upcycled from a friend of mine who was going to pitch it, On that evening I decided to paint because I could not sleep. I had been having kidney stone issues since thanksgiving. In the middle of creating the piece I passed an 8mm stone. i would not let my husband take me to the ER until the piece was finished.
